Russian Dukes` Heritage Day 1. Moscow Arrival to Moscow, meeting with a guide at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Check in for 2 nights. Sightseeing tour of Moscow including Red Square, Lenin´s Mausoleum, St.Basil´s Cathedral, Moscow University, Bolshoi Theater, Christ the Saviour Cathedral, Tverskaya Street and the Arbat. Second part of excursion: You will visit the Kremlin (residence of Czars and Patriarchs) and The Armory Museum (collection of Gold, silver, jewelry, Faberge eggs, carriages and Czarist thrones), Alexandrovsky Garden (the very center of Moscow and, indeed, of Russia)
Day 2. Vladimir Breakfast at the hotel. 9.00 Meeting with the guide at the hotel lobby. Check out. Transfer to Vladimir. 12.00 Arrival to Vladimir. Optional lunch at the restaurant. 13.00 Sightseeing excursion round Vladimir (visiting the Cathedral of the Assumption with frescoes by A.Rublev, the St. Dimitry Cathedral and the only Golden Gates in the fortification walls of Russia, the museum of glass and rock crystals. Day 3. Suzdal 8.00 Breakfast at the hotel. 9.00 Meeting with the guide at the hotel lobby. Sightseeing tour round Suzdal with visit to the Monastery, the Suzdal Kremlin, the Cathedral of the Nativity and Metropolitans chambers. 12.00 Optional lunch at the restaurant. 13.00 Departure to Ples (149km) 15.00 Excursion to the Levitan museum and the Izba (wooden house) museum. 17.00 Transfer to the Old Russian town of Kostroma on the bank of the Great Russian river Volga (66km) 18.00 Accommodation at the hotel 19.00 Optional dinner at the hotel
Day 4. Kostroma 9.00 Breakfast at the hotel 10.00 Meeting with the guide at the hotel lobby. Sightseeing tour round the town with visiting the local Kremlin, the Ipatiev monastery (this monastery was once housed the first tzar of Romanov dynasty), the museum of crafts. 12.30 Lunch in the restaurant 13.30 Optional- a boat trip along the Volga river. 15.00 Transfer to Jaroslavl (76km) 16.00 Panoramic tour of the city with visit to the Monastery of the Savior and churches, dating back to the 17 century, adorned with delicate stone carvings, tiles and frescoes. 18.30 Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5. Uglich 9.00 Breakfast in the hotel. 10.00 Transfer to Uglich (100km). 12.00 Sightseeing tour round the town with visiting the local Kremlin, churches 13.30 Excursion to the museum of Russian vodka, tasting. 14.00 Optional lunch in the local restaurant 15.00 Transfer to Mishkin (40 km) 15.40 Excursion to the museum of crafts, museum of Russian valenki, house of crafts 18.00 Transfer to Yaroslavl (140km) 19.00 Optional dinner at the hotel
Day 6. Rostov 8.30 Breakfast at the hotel 9.30 transfer to Rostov (57km) 10.30 Excursion to the local Kremlin. Visiting the Assumption cathedral (it is topped with famous bell loft, under which the visitor has the opportunity to listen to the real bell music of ancient Russia.) 12.30 transfer to Pereslavl (66km) 13.30 Optional lunch in the restaurant 14.00 Transfer to Sergiev Posad (65km) 15.00 Excursion round town with visit to St. Sergy-Trinity Laura - the sacred monastery founded by Sergey Radonezhsky. Here you can see the most famous works of the greatest Russian icon-artist Andrew Ryblev. Transfer to Moscow. 17.00 Check-in. Free time. 20.00 Transfer to the railway station.

Day 7. St. Petersburg Arrival to St. Petersburg. Meeting with a guide. Transfer to the hotel. Check-in. 9.55 - Meeting with the guide at the hotel lobby. Excursion around the city. You will see Peter & Paul Fortress (the oldest building in St. Petersburg, before 1917 used as a political prison), Alexander Nevsky Convent (founded in 1713 by Peter the Great, it became one of the country’s most revered monasteries), St. Isaac's Cathedral (one of the world’s most beautiful cathedrals built between 1818 and 1858 and named in the honor of St. Isaac of Dalmatia, because Peter the Great was born on this saint’s name day – May 30).
