Heliskiing in Georgia (Gudauri) Day 1 Tbilisi 
Arrival to Tbilisi.
Meeting with a driver (the driver will be holding the sign Russia Travel Group). Transfer to Gudauri.
Accommodation for 6 nights at 3* hotel, that is situated in the mountains. Check - in at the hotel (full board is included).

Day 2 – 6 Gudauri / Heliskiing

The program includes:

The program does not include:
- international air tickets
- additional meals, drinks and dishes don’t included in the main menu.

- all expenses in case of poor weather, broken equipment, illness, late take off or early landing, caused by the client.
Program conditions:

• the run routes are chosen by the guides and depend on the group riding level, weather and snow conditions
• guide informs the group about day schedule daily
• the program is planned for good weather
• we give “not used” money back in case of bad weather conditions or group danger
• we do not give money back to the client if the descend didn’t happen because of other reasons, such as broken equipment, illness, late take off or early landing, caused by the client.

Ski equipment
Special powder skis with time-tested bindings and ski sticks are available and at your free disposal. But you have to bring your own ski boots.
Program in case of bad weather
If weather conditions allow no heliskiing/snowboarding on certain days, do not consider your vacation blown right away. You can ski/board in the Gudauri ski lift area, or use sports and leisure facilities at the Sporthotel Gudauri. On bad weather days various sports events (tennis, soccer, volleyball, water polo, bowling tournaments, etc.) will be held at the hotel.
Insurances
No insurance for helicopter flights is included. Health and accident insurances with "worldwide" coverage are the responsibility of the holder. It is a good idea to have a travel insurance or membership in your national air ambulance service for quick home transportation in case of emergency.
Vertical guarantee and refund policy
We offer you a generous vertical guarantee and refund policy. Our packages include a limited vertical with a minimum guaranteed. Refunds are given only for the inability to fly due to bad weather or mechanical breakdown. The refund is determined relative to the group with the greatest vertical at the end of the week. If that lead group skis the vertical guaranteed, there is no re fund given. If the lead group fails to ski the vertical guarantee due to inclement weather or mechanical breakdown, refunds are given for the metres unskied below the guarantee. Vertical metres are the difference between the landing and the pick up place of the helicopter.
No refunds are given if the vertical guarantee is failed because of injury, illness or other reasons beyond the responsibility of the operator, nor in case of inadequate skiing or boarding skills. All decisions to fly and to ski are based upon current or predicted weather, snow and avalanche hazard conditions. The heli guides reserve the right to restrict or deny skiing at any time and for any reason whatsoever. As a client you recognisez, accept and agree to abide by all decisions made by our heli guides. This policy is designed for your own safety and skiing enjoyment.
Extra runs
Once you have reached the included vertical metres it is possible to continue to ski, you will be charged for the additional metres. Of course, you do not have to exceed the vertical meters included and you can stop skiing at any time.
Release of claims and waiver of liability
Any claims proceeding from sports activities included in this package are explicitly released. Through booking this you recognize the dangers inherent to high mountains. Even a highly qualified guide is not infallible, when confronted with extreme mountain wilderness conditions out of control. The top priority for the guides is to minimize the risks.
All helicopter flights are taken at your own risk. Insurances for helicopter flights are not included in the program. No claims as to damage resulting from heli skiing/snowboarding or other sports activities will be accepted. Prior to heliskiing/snowboarding all guests are required to sign a waiver of liability. By signing this you acknowledge the release of all claims against tour operator, travel agent, hotel or heli guide. You will receive a waiver sample with the confirmation of booking. You may also request a copy prior to booking.
Age limits
The minimum age for heliskiing/snowboarding is 14 years. There are no upper age limits whatsoever. Teenagers under 18 need a written declaration of consent from their parents.
